♎️女士可以穿新春旗袍、古裝、明末清民初、古典美等角色打扮、盡題女性中國古典美為則 
♐️男士以紳士、劍俠、武士造型、盡顯男士氣蓋風度為主

During this class I will introduce you to different animal flow movements, through these movements, we workout, stretch and create our flow together. A good way to enjoy this beautiful weather and understand our body.
